My recent stay at Shayamoya Tiger Fishing and Game Lodge was a delightful mix of luxury and value. The lodge, nestled in the northern part of KZN, offers excellent accommodation with a cozy and neat ambiance that provides a great bush experience. The highlight of my stay was the Tiger Fishing experience on the Jozini dam, which was truly unforgettable. The SPA treatment was also a relaxing addition to our trip.The staff at Shayamoya were exceptionally helpful and friendly, adding a personal touch to our stay. The food was good, and the resident owl, "Nandy," added a unique touch to the lodge's charm. The fishing trip with skipper Luckey was fabulous and added to the overall experience.The accommodation itself was special, with a remote thatched lodge offering breathtaking views of the lake and countryside. The lodge's amenities, including a secluded pool and a restaurant with delicious meals, added to the value of the stay. The commitment of the owners and staff to providing a welcoming and comfortable experience was truly commendable.In terms of value, Shayamoya Tiger Fishing and Game Lodge offers a well-rounded experience that balances luxury with affordability. I highly recommend this lodge for nature and wildlife enthusiasts looking for a memorable and reasonably priced getaway.
